The dates people clear a calendar for

Championship rounds, the Super Bowl, the Derby, the Rodeo and the bowl games. These events are scheduled and priced separately, and they book months ahead, not weeks.

How far ahead do you book a Super Bowl suite?

Six to twelve months. For major events, the hard part is finding a suite, not the budget. There are only so many suites, and they are committed early. We quote every major event individually.

Every event we book

Events are grouped by type. Seven have their own pages. The rest are booked the same way, so just send us a quote request.

Events marked “by request” are booked the same way. They just do not have their own page yet. A broad market range, not a quote. Every date is priced on its own, and catering is usually priced separately.

What is different about an event date

You plan before the matchup is set

For a regular-season game, you pick a date from a published schedule. For a championship, you plan months ahead for a game that is only a possibility, then confirm within days once the host is known. That means having a plan and a budget ready in advance.

Finding a suite is the hard part

For most of the year, the question is how much you want to spend. At the Super Bowl or the Derby, the question is whether any suites are left. That is why you need to start early.

Guests see it as a gift

Guests treat a Derby or Super Bowl suite as a gift, not just an outing. That affects who you invite and how far in advance you tell them.

How many guests?

There are fewer suites for major events than for regular games, so your group size narrows the options quickly.

You book a suite as a whole space, so a small group pays for the whole room. Tell us the event and the date and we will suggest what fits a group your size.

Event questions

How much does a Super Bowl suite cost?
Super Bowl suites typically run from $700,000 to $2,500,000 per suite, depending on the suite and the host stadium. We quote it individually, because the host stadium changes every year.
Can you book a suite before the teams are known?
For the Super Bowl and the bowl games, yes. You book the suite for the date and the venue, not the matchup. For conference and league finals, the host is not known until the round before, so we take your request ahead of time and confirm within days.
Which events do you cover?
Thirty-five, all listed above. They are championships and finals, the bowl games, the Derby, the rodeos, the conference championships, and touring events like Monster Jam, UFC and WWE.
What lead time do these need?
Six to twelve months for the Super Bowl and the Derby, three to four months for the bowls, and about six weeks for touring events such as Monster Jam.
