Suites by venue

Filter by league, city or group size. We list the typical suite capacity for every venue, so you can build a shortlist in about a minute.

How do you rent a luxury suite?

Pick the venue and the date, then tell us your group size. You rent the suite as one private room for the event, and one person arranges the suite, the catering and your guest details. We quote every date individually. Most bookings are confirmed three to eight weeks ahead.

Not sure which building fits the group?

Start with your group size. It narrows the choice faster than picking a league.

You book a suite as a whole space, so a small group pays for the whole room. Tell us the event and the date and we will suggest what fits a group your size.

How to choose between them

Match the sport to the conversation

A baseball afternoon runs three hours at a relaxed pace, which is great for talking with clients. An NHL evening runs two and a half hours and is loud and social, which is great for a team night out. An NFL Sunday is a big event on its own, and people come to watch the game.

Match the building to the headcount

Arena suites hold 12 to 20 guests and feel full at that size. Stadium suites hold up to 40 and feel empty with fewer than 16. For more than 40, adjacent suites are opened together, and you need to book further ahead.

Match the schedule to the budget

A ballpark has 81 home games a season and a stadium has eight. Fewer games means more demand for each one, and that explains most of the price difference.

Questions about our venues

Is this everything you can source?
No. These are the venues we list here. We find suites across the United States and Canada, including at venues not listed here. Tell us the city and the date.
Why are prices shown as ranges?
A suite price changes with the opponent, the day of the week and the round. A single number would be wrong for most dates, so we show a range.
Can we hold more than one suite?
Yes. Adjacent suites can be opened together for groups of more than about forty. That takes more lead time than a single suite.
