How much does a luxury suite cost?

It depends on the venue, the game and the day of the week. We quote every date individually. As a broad guide, arena suites typically run from $1,000 to $60,000 per event and NFL stadium suites from $6,000 to $100,000. Major events such as the Super Bowl are priced separately. You rent the whole suite, typically for 10 to 40 guests.

What actually moves the price

Five things, listed roughly from most important to least.

How many games there are. A ballpark has 81 home games a season and an NFL stadium has eight or nine. That alone explains most of the price gap between a baseball suite and a football suite in the same city.

The opponent. A top visiting team can double the price range for the same suite on the same day of the week. If your guests do not care who the opponent is, this is where you can save the most.

Day of the week. Midweek afternoons are the lowest-priced dates at every venue we work with, and they are often the better choice for client entertaining anyway.

Regular season or playoffs. Regular season, playoffs and championship rounds are three separate price levels.

Catering. Catering is quoted along with the suite and confirmed a week before the event. Alcohol is quoted separately, either by consumption or as a package. It is the cost people most often leave out of a first budget.

What should we budget per guest?

Divide the suite price range by your number of guests. Keep in mind that the contract is for the whole suite. If you bring fewer guests, the cost per guest goes up and the total stays the same.

You book a suite as a whole space, so a small group pays for the whole room. Tell us the event and the date and we will suggest what fits a group your size.

Pricing questions

Why do you publish ranges rather than prices?
The same suite costs one amount on a Tuesday in April and a different amount on a Sunday in December. A single price would be wrong for most dates, so we show a range.
Is the price per person?
No. You rent a suite as one private room for the event. Dividing by your number of guests gives you a useful per-guest figure for your budget, but the contract is for the whole suite.
Does the range include catering?
Catering is quoted along with the suite and is not part of these figures. Alcohol is quoted separately too. We give you all the numbers together when we quote your date.
Are these prices above face value?
